1. About Us
This website is operated by by Mazhar ("we," "us," "our"), based in Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by email at hello@bymazhr.com.
2. Products
Because our pieces are produced in limited runs and several are made to order, slight variations in colour, weave, and the placement of hand stitching are natural and are part of how the garments are made — not faults. Product images are as accurate as our screens allow, but colour may appear differently on your device.
3. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you'll receive confirmation from us directly on WhatsApp. An order is only accepted once we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there's an error in pricing or description, or if we're unable to verify your details. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll be refunded in full.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive of taxes, where applicable. We may update prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment must be received before an order is dispatched. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the customer's responsibility.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer complimentary shipping, including international delivery. Orders are dispatched within 7 working days, and tracking details are shared on WhatsApp. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it before purchasing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the byMazhr name, logo, designs, product photography, text, and the overall look and feel — belongs to us and is protected. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage the site or harm others.
9. Limitation of Liability
We take care to describe and make our products accurately, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order, and we handle it in line with our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data.
