Returns & Refunds
Each byMazhr piece is made with care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In their original condition, with all tags attached
- Free from marks, scent, or any signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted, and may be returned to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Made-to-order and custom pieces
- Sale and final-sale items
- Items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
Message us on the same WhatsApp number (+923200404670) that confirmed your order, or email us at hello@bymazhr.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps and share the return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we won't be able to process them.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a piece — for a different size or another item — is to message us on WhatsApp (+923200404670) or email us at hello@bymazhr.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we'll confirm your refund on WhatsApp. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few additional days to appear.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right — by replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any return shipping.
International Orders
We're happy to ship worldwide. For international returns, we offer exchange or store credit rather than refunds, and return shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Please choose carefully, and reach out before purchase if you'd like help with sizing.
