Shipping Rates
- Within Pakistan: complimentary on every order.
- International: calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 7 working days. Several of our pieces are made to order, which is why we take a little time to prepare each one properly before it leaves us.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once you place your order, we'll confirm it with you directly on WhatsApp. Your tracking details will follow on the same number, so you can follow your piece from our atelier to your door.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:
- Within Pakistan: 5-8 working days
- International: 10–12 working days, depending on destination and customs
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Once an order is handed to the courier, timing can be affected by the courier, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are separate, are the customer's responsibility, and are not included at checkout. These are set by your local customs authority, and we're unable to calculate or cover them.
Incorrect Address
Please check your shipping details carefully. We're unable to redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived within the estimated window, message us on WhatsApp (+923200404670) and we'll trace it with the courier and make it right.
